Designing the part that breaks when theory meets operations.
I work across product design, sensing systems, commercialisation, and execution. The throughline is simple: make systems that still work when people are tired, environments drift, and conditions stop behaving like the process diagram.
What I do
I build products, operating frameworks, and cross-functional programs around physical systems. That includes sensing strategy, packaging and hardware design, commercialisation work, and the messy middle between concept and deployment.
How I work
My bias is toward clarity, evidence, and usable systems. I like elegant form, but I care more about whether a design survives manufacturing variation, user workarounds, environmental drift, and incentive mismatches.
What I bring
Fifteen-plus years spanning design, chemistry, engineering, and product execution. I'm especially useful where teams need someone who can translate across disciplines without losing sight of the business problem.
